1. Tapering Process Overview

The tapering process involves gradually reducing the diameter of the filament from base to tip. This gives the brush a finer, more flexible end — ideal for smooth paint application and detailed work.

Our tapering method includes:

• Precision Heating: The filament is passed through a controlled heating system to soften the surface.

• Stretch and Pull Mechanism: The softened filament is then gently stretched to create a gradual taper.
