Pure Pig Bristle Production Process:
Hair Shaking: Pig bristles are evenly distributed using a specialized hair-shaking machine, ensuring consistency.
Root Alignment: Bristles are meticulously placed into a root-aligning mesh to achieve perfect alignment for further processing.
Hair Rolling: Aligned pig bristles are smoothly rolled into flat pancakes using a belt-driven system, with manual removal of reversed bristles ensuring uniformity.
Flattening and Refinement: After rolling, bristles are flattened, secured within paper rings, and meticulously processed through combing, fiber removal, brushing, and additional quality checks before packaging.
Pig Bristle Mixed Filament Production Process:
Blending: Pig bristles are accurately blended with synthetic fibers, filaments, or colored pig bristles in specified ratios. The blend undergoes alignment via a root-aligning machine, rolled into flat pancakes, with manual checks for consistency.
Flattening and Refinement: Similar to pure bristles, the mixed filaments are flattened, enclosed in paper rings, and processed through combing, wool fiber clearance, brushing, and quality inspections prior to packaging.
